By accessing and using PDFToMCQ, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should immediately cease using the application.
2. Educational & Study Use
PDFToMCQ is designed as an educational tool for self-assessment, study preparation, and test creation. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right or permission to process uploaded PDF study materials.
3. Accuracy of Deterministic NLP
Questions are generated automatically using deterministic NLP rule heuristics (cloze deletion, entity detection, distractor generation). While we strive for high question quality, users are encouraged to review and refine questions in the Question Editor prior to formal exam taking.
4. Limitation of Liability
PDFToMCQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall PDFToMCQ be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
